Director/Provider
Adrian McMillan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. A U.S. Navy veteran, lifelong martial arts practitioner, and the visionary behind MPCS Tutors, he brings over 26 years of experience in martial arts—including a third-degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and a first-degree black belt (1st Dan) in Tae Kwon Do. Adrian is deeply passionate about education, discipline, and creating opportunities for young minds to thrive—both academically and personally.

Beatriz Serrano-Vargas
Spanish Teacher
Mrs. Beatriz, originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, is a native Spanish speaker who has dedicated her life to providing quality education. She holds a B.A. in Office Systems Administration, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Preschool Education, and has been working with children since 2018. As a devoted mother, she is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and creating diverse, enriching activities that foster early learning and development.

Ashalee Brown is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.S. in Public Health, concentrating in Family Science. Her strong academic foundation in health equity and family dynamics informs her administrative role at MPCS Tutors. Originally from Jamaica, Ashalee proudly works in a biotech firm as she prepares for the MCAT to continue her dream of becoming a doctor.

Leba McMillan
Substitute
Leba McMillan holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.S. in Management and Homeland Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has successfully raised two children to adulthood and has been married for thirty-two years, including twenty-three years as an Army wife living around the world. Leba has also served as a dedicated federal employee for twenty-nine years.
